In addition to his role at Tincorp, Jon serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Silvercorp Metals Inc. and New Pacific Metals Corp. With over 16 years of legal experience, he acts as a trusted advisor to Tincorp's executive team and board on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, and governance. He takes a practical, business-minded approach to legal practice, with a focus on driving growth through strategic transactions. Jon began his career at two of Canada's leading national law firms and has since held executive legal roles at multiple publicly listed companies. He holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick and an MBA from Queen's University, and is a member of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta.
